Trilewis Tri Camp
What: An intense weekend of training for the Olympic and long course distance triathlons interspersed with group activities and good food. It is a weekend of "hard fun" that will increase your confidence and wear you out :)
When: From 1600 hours on Friday, March 2009 to 1200 hours on Sunday, March 2009.
Minimum Skill Required: You should be comfortable with the distances required for a sprint tris.
Where: We stay 4 to a cabin at Lake Louisa State Park. The training takse place in hte park at the National Training Center in Clermont and on the hilly roads aroound the area.
Activities: Running, Track, Swimming, Biking, Gym, Plyometrics, Transition Skills. Simulated race on Sunday. Coaching and Training Assistance throughout the weekend.
Included: Group dinners, light breakfast, SAG support for rides and runs, use of the National Training Center, Sunday brunch, post camp soreness.
Who should attend? Over the past five years, we have had athletes from ages 20 to 60, with skills from new to ironmen - both fast and slow. The camp is about pushing your limits in a fun competitive enviroment - but soley based on your abilities. So if you are ok with discovering where that limit WAS, then join us.
